Unlimited Tracking

Tracking is the heart of FoodBank Manager, because without it you cannot run your Food Pantry. At least not like the good steward that you should be. Tracking also gives you the numbers you need. It is how you get the list of people that came in last week your pastor asked for. Tracking is how you manage the resources that go out to the clients, and how often the clients can get additional resources.

Thinking about it, tracking is the heart of your Organization and it needs to be done well. Here is the caveat, everyone does it differently. Everyone does church, food pantries, organizations and events differently. So we learned that we need to provide a tool that gives you the ability to mold it to fit your needs. Our Tracking is one of those things that separate us from the others.

Not because it is unlimited but because of the flexibility of our tracking system.

Currently we have city entities, family support groups, people pantries, pet pantries, food banks, churches from tiny to huge, so many different non-profits doing many different things with FBM. Tracking things like, food, clothing, gas cards, financial assistance, handy men, helping hands, medical clinics, counseling, halfway housing, appliances, furniture, pet food and pet supplies, baby car seat clinics, back to school programs and more.

This is only possible because we do tracking right and there is no limit to what you can do fueled by need and your imagination.
