Customizable Age Range Recording

Every Program you qualify for, every Grant you apply for, every report you generate likely needs the age breakdowns of the families that receive assistance from your Organization. To make this possible and to allow for the different age groupings needed from state to state or county to county we developed a customizable age grouping selector.

The selector is very simple and is accessed by going to settings/settings/create visit, scroll to the bottom and you will see the selector. The default setting is 3 age groupings. 0-18, 19-64 and 65-+.

If this grouping works for you then your done and no settings are required. If you need or want to change it, simply adjust the right hand column. If in the first field 18 is too high and it needs to be 5 then just change it to five. This will cause the other fields to auto adjust. Adjust all of the rows the same way working on the right hand side. When done the bottom right field should always be a plus sign. If you make any row a plus sign the rows below the + will disapear. A total of 9 age groupings are possible.
