Complete Data Exporting

Data is the life blood of any organization. Everyone wants data. Data that shows how you are doing, that shows who is coming. What reasons they come and who is in their families. You need data to be awarded Grants and Monies from other State and Local Programs. So data is crucial.

But here is the rub, and something you need to be very careful about when looking for software to run your pantry. Many systems do the right thing and allow you to get all of your data back out of their system. It is your data, shouldn't you be able to get it all back out. Even if your leaving one system in favor of another that better fits your needs. Unfortunately this idea is not embraced by all programs marketed to Food Pantries.

FoodBank Manager is unique in that we allow all data entered to be exported back out to you. Data from this year, last year and even data from 7 years ago, it doesn't matter how old or how much data you have it is all available to you to be exported at anytime. You can export your guest data, Visit data, Staff and Team member data, data from custom fields, Income and expense data there is absolutely nothing that you put into FoodBank Manager that you can't export back out regardless of your reasons for doing so.

This data comes from our Public Playground which is where people try our FoodBank Manager or use it to try out ideas before they implement it into their private systems. So there is usually allot of interesting setups but all of the data is fictitious and no ones personal information is at risk. There is still more to be seen but I stopped there. The rest is more family member entries that go on and on.
