Q: What credit cards do you accept? Checks?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Subscription period options are monthly, every six months and yearly. We accept checks for 6 month and yearly subscriptions.

Q: Are contracts or long subscription periods required?

There are no contracts needed as FBM is a monthly subscription. There are 6 month and 1 year options available for your convenience.

Q: What is the difference between the Free 30-day trial and a paid subscription?

The trial subscription is the same as a paid subscription. The only difference is the first 30 days are free. Use the time wisely and work with support to get everything setup so you are up, running and tested.

Q: Can I import my current data?

We offer importing services. We import guest and guest family data as well as donor and volunteer information. We do not import visit, donation or volunteer history. All imports are quoted before any work is done.

Q: What startup fees are there? Hidden fees?

There are no startup or hidden fees.

Q: What does training and support cost?

All training, support and coaching is included in your subscription price.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
